We are now looking for an experienced Measuring Technician for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. This role is suitable for you if you have good knowledge of coordinate measuring, quality assurance, and programming in Calypso.

About the Role

You will initially be employed as a consultant by Liberi Eskilstuna AB, a consulting firm specialized in measuring technology, quality, and technical specialist roles within the industry. After a successful six-month probation period, the goal is for you to transition into a permanent position directly with the client company.

Responsibilities

• Program and optimize measuring programs in Calypso.
• Perform measurements using ZEISS Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
• Verify products and components against drawings and specifications.
• Analyze and document measurement results.
• Participate in deviation handling and quality investigations.
• Support production, quality, and engineering in measuring technical matters.
• Work on improvements to measuring processes and strategies.

We are looking for someone who has

• Experience working as a Measuring Technician, Measuring Engineer, or Quality Technician.
• Good experience with ZEISS CMM systems.
• Experience programming in Calypso.
• Good understanding of reading drawings and form and position tolerances.
• Experience from the manufacturing industry.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English.
• Swedish citizenship.

Merits

• Experience with PPAP, FAI, MSA, or SPC.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
• Experience with optical measuring systems or 3D scanning.
• Experience in improvement work within quality and production.
