We are now strengthening our team in Örebro and are looking for you who want to combine the role of Service Advisor in the customer reception with operational work in the workshop.

About the role

In this position, you get the best of both worlds. You become our face to the customers and ensure that the customer reception runs smoothly, while also stepping out into the workshop to support the practical work.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Receiving customers, booking tire and car services, and handling quotes and invoices.
• Being a central contact point for customer inquiries and managing the administration around visits.
• Actively working in the workshop and providing support when needed, giving you a varied and developmental daily routine.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys customer contact and has a service-oriented approach
• Has a valid B driving license
• Is cooperative and thrives in a dynamic work environment
• Has experience in customer service and sales, preferably from the automotive industry
• Is comfortable with computer use and administrative tasks
• Has a structured way of working, even during intensive periods

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience in sales and customer service, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked in the automotive industry. As a person, you are driven, structured, and enjoy switching between customer contact and practical workshop work.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have a good technical understanding or a strong interest in vehicles.
