Then you might be our new colleague within security, where you will work in a specialist team helping our customers in central Sweden develop their businesses. You will be based at one of our offices in Kumla, Örebro, or Karlstad.

- Creativity and independence: As Sales Manager, you have a very free role and work independently and creatively. You plan and focus your work on your own, see opportunities, and use a well-thought-out sales strategy to achieve your goals.
- Insightful communication: You are motivated by creating new insights for our customers. Your sales dialogue is key to opening doors and creating business opportunities.
We would like you to have experience from the security industry with good market and product knowledge, or alternatively technical competence in the area, combined with curiosity, strong drive, and a desire to develop.
Summary of the role:
- The role involves travel and close customer dialogue, with a focus on presence in operations rather than office work.
- Develop current customers' businesses with the products, services, and solutions Solar has to offer, as well as initiate new business contacts.
- Further develop the security business area together with your colleagues.
- Participate in our internal and external training, customer events, seminars, and trade shows.
- Digital meetings and internal digital CRM systems will be important tools for managing our customers in the best way.
Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience from the security industry with good market and product knowledge.
- Advantageous with experience in the installation of security solutions.
- Valid driver's license (Category B).
