Koncepta works with telemarketing, but with a twist – we are different. We collaborate with well-known clients such as Giving People, Nattvandrarna, Småföretagarnas Riksförbund, and Stiftelsen Aktiv Skola, where we collect members and sponsorships. Our sales representatives only call businesses.

We have a collective agreement and pay a base salary. However, we do not cap how much our salespeople can sell or earn, so if you are active and engaged, you can achieve a very high income. If you are a skilled salesperson, you also have the opportunity to finish work earlier in the day. All our employees have private offices.

Sales experience is not required. We train and coach all our employees.

Requirements and qualifications

You must have excellent communication and expression skills and speak very good Swedish, as we use the telephone as our primary tool. Taking initiative and being responsible are important in this role, as is good teamwork skills since we work both individually and in teams.

Our sales team consists of talented employees from various backgrounds and ages. We focus heavily on both sales and community, organizing many team activities.

We are recruiting continuously, which means positions may be filled before the application deadline.

The positions are permanent employment starting with a six-month probation period. All our positions are full-time.

It is still possible to apply for jobs with us during holiday seasons, although it may take a little longer to receive a response.
