About the role

As a Production Engineer with us, you will play a central role in developing and optimizing our production processes. You will work both practically in production and drive projects that improve quality, automation, and productivity. In this role, you will collaborate closely with operators, team leaders, management, customers, and suppliers.

Your responsibilities

• Optimize and develop processes for milling (3-, 4-, and 5-axis), turning, and automation.
• Create and standardize CAM programs, tool libraries, fixtures, and setup sheets.
• Participate in investment projects from requirement specification to commissioning.
• Ensure stable and efficient production during the setup of new parts.
• Improve measurement processes through fixtures, routines, and training.
• Support and train operators in CAM/CAD and measurement technology.
• Participate in customer dialogues regarding manufacturing methods and technical solutions.

Who are you?

We are looking for you with experience in CNC machining, production engineering, or mechanical engineering who wants to take the next step. You have knowledge of CAM programming (preferably E-SPRIT) and CAD (SolidWorks). Experience with automation, CMM measurement, and ERP systems (Monitor G5) is an advantage.

You are proactive, structured, and enjoy driving improvement projects. You communicate well and can explain technical solutions to others.
