About the Job
Are you someone who is motivated by working towards goals, developing within sales, and having the opportunity to influence your own salary?
We are now looking for more sales representatives for our office in Solna, located in an attractive area close to both the commuter train and Mall of Scandinavia.
In this role, you will work with telephone sales targeting private individuals. Depending on the project, you will represent well-known brands within energy or telecommunications and help customers find solutions that suit their needs. Thanks to strong partnerships and well-known products, you will have excellent conditions for success from the start.

What we offer:
- Base salary + generous commission You receive a fixed base salary based on your experience, as well as an attractive commission model with the possibility of very good income levels.
- 35-hour work week Monday–Thursday: 09:00–17:15, Friday: 09:00–16:00.
- 25 vacation days per year.
- Development and community Continuous training, coaching, and ongoing follow-up to support your development. We also arrange staff events, sales competitions, and team activities.
- Wellness hour 1 hour of wellness per week.
Scope: Full-time
We are looking for someone who:
- Is communicative and service-oriented with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Has a strong drive and is motivated by achieving set goals.
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish.
- Has sales experience (highly meritorious but not a requirement).
Employment and start: We apply a 6-month probationary period that converts to a permanent position. Start dates are ongoing as agreed.
