We are looking for a Customer Receptionist for our auto repair shop, Mattssons Auto Center, located on Kungsholmen. As the customer receptionist, you are the face of our workshop, working to provide our customers with excellent service and a positive experience. Your responsibilities include welcoming customers, registering vehicles, providing information on repairs and services, and completing invoicing. You will also help keep the workshop clean and presentable.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and register vehicles.
- Provide information regarding repairs and services.
- Complete invoicing and payment processes.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and professional workshop environment.
Qualifications:
- Good proficiency in Swedish and English.
- Meticulous and structured work approach.
- Service-oriented and customer-focused attitude.
- Good IT skills for working with our systems.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
