About the RoleYou will step into a socially vital operation facing a comprehensive digital transformation and system renewal. Here, the work is not just about developing existing ways of working, but also about creating structure for new business areas and meeting changes that affect the entire organization.
As a Business Architect, you play a central role in linking business architecture, processes, capabilities, and information architecture so that development supports the business's strategy and fundamental prerequisites. You work in a complex environment with many dependencies, where clear models, common principles, and good collaboration between different stakeholders are crucial.
You will become part of the architecture governance and collaborate closely with both individuals and teams at strategic, tactical, and operational levels. This is a role for you who wants to influence how a larger business develops its architecture capability and creates long-term value in an area with significant social benefit.
Responsibilities- You drive and lead work within business and enterprise architecture in an environment with many dependencies and changes.
- You describe and communicate the various parts of the business through processes, capabilities, information, and information flows.
- You plan and facilitate workshops and other working methods to produce enterprise architecture, business architecture, and information models.
- You lead initiatives within enterprise architecture and ensure that architecture principles become a natural part of development efforts.
- You collaborate with stakeholders in different parts of the organization, capture needs, and create consensus regarding direction, priorities, and impact.
- You support the architecture function in working with target architecture and contribute to developing architecture governance where needed.
- You work according to established tools, notation methods, and target architecture, using Sparx Enterprise Architect as support in your work.
- You operate in a team-based context where collaboration is important and where the working method is based on agile methods.
- You have good competence in enterprise architecture and can work with business architecture, processes, capabilities, information models, and information architecture.
- You have experience leading and driving activities to produce architecture documentation, for example in workshops or other collaborative formats.
- You can describe and communicate complex business relationships clearly to different target groups.
- You have experience producing and using architecture principles as support in development work.
- You are accustomed to collaborating with various stakeholders and working closely with both business and teams at multiple levels in the organization.
- You have experience working in agile ways of working.
- You have experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect.
- You work independently, are proactive in your working style, and find it easy to collaborate with others.
- You communicate fluently in Swedish.
