About the role
As a Customer Coordinator at Moveco, you are the customer's most important contact person after the deal is signed.
You are responsible for ensuring the customer feels informed, secure, and well taken care of throughout the entire process. You follow up, coordinate, solve problems, and ensure that the customer always knows what the next step is.
This is a role for you who loves customer contact and gets energy from creating structure, building relationships, and delivering a customer experience that exceeds expectations.
You will work with:
- Daily contact with customers via phone, email, and digital systems
- Ensuring customers receive quick feedback and clear information
- Handling incoming customer cases and support questions
- Coordinating projects together with salespeople, installers, and electricians
- Booking and planning customer installations
- Solving problems and handling changes in a professional manner
- Creating a customer experience that leads to recommendations and high ratings
We are looking for you who
- Have experience in customer service, customer success, sales, or project coordination
- Love customer contact and are good at building trust
- Are solution-oriented and thrive when the pace is high
- Are structured and can handle several parallel projects simultaneously
- Communicate professionally in both speech and writing
- Are driven by delivering service of the absolute highest class
It is an advantage if you have worked in an entrepreneurial company or in a growth environment, preferably within sales, technical customer service, project management, or from an installation industry.
