Summer Job at ICA Stores with Bemannica!

We are now looking for you who want to work in ICA stores this summer! As a store consultant, you are employed by Bemannica and work in various ICA stores in the Stockholm area. This gives you broad and valuable competence within the grocery retail industry.

Bemannica is an authorized staffing company that has helped ICA stores with their personnel needs for over ten years.

About the Role

The tasks will vary between cash register work, picking goods, and more, based on which departments you have experience in. We are looking for someone who has previously been employed at ICA or another food store. Experience with departments such as delicatessen or the front shop is highly meritorious.

Working hours include both morning and evening shifts, and work can be scheduled on weekdays as well as weekends. You enter your availability into our scheduling system and are then asked about work shifts via our app. In other words, this is a perfect side job alongside studies or another job.

About You

We are looking for someone who has previously been employed in a food store. As a person, you are service-oriented and thrive in daily interaction with customers. You are flexible and enjoy fast-paced and eventful workdays.

Employment Type: Fixed-term employment, as needed.

Salary: According to the Swedish Trade Union Confederation (Handels) collective agreement with associated shift allowances (OB).

Selection and interviews take place on an ongoing basis.
