We are looking for an Assistant Nurse for Daycare in Ängelholm!
The daycare is located on Nybrovägen in Ängelholm, close to the city center. Rönnero is a daycare center for individuals with cognitive impairment who live in ordinary housing and have been approved for this service in a social assistance decision. The facility is open Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. The day consists of various activities where meals are a central part of the content. Together, we create a social environment, and our goal is to contribute to a secure and meaningful day for our guests, creating person-centered activities that enable them to live at home for as long as possible.
The facility has been Silviahem-certified since 2019. We actively work to focus on the healthy aspects of each person and utilize functions that contribute to well-being and joy.

Responsibilities
At our daycare, we work methodically and structured to strengthen the self-esteem and identity of our guests. We offer a range of activities and work person-centered to contribute to the goals set in the decision, fostering community and well-being.
We are a team with extensive experience and enjoy working together. As an assistant nurse, you play a vital role for our guests. Your primary responsibility is to create a place that contributes to a meaningful daily life through activities that promote social interaction.
The work can be fast-paced at times. Duties include standard tasks within the profession, as well as documentation, cooking, household-related tasks, outdoor activities, engagement in activities, conversations, and meetings based on the guests' interests, needs, and wishes.
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Documentation and administration in our operational systems
- Fixed contact person responsibilities
- Planning and implementation of activities
- Following job descriptions and receiving assignments
- Independently guiding and supporting guests through activities
- Participating in and working preventatively in change initiatives
Qualifications and Merits
We are looking for someone with:
- Education as an assistant nurse (undersköterska)
- Work experience as an assistant nurse within cognitive impairment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to plan and conduct social activities
- Good knowledge of the Swedish language
- Ability to prioritize and plan work
It is an advantage if you have:
- Previous experience working at a daycare center
- Further education in cognitive impairment
- Experience in administrative work
You have empathy in interactions with others and a genuine interest in working in this profession. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. As a person, you:

Employment Terms
Type of employment: Permanent.
Duration: Permanent, Start date: According to agreement.
