At Capio Primary Care Clinic Malmö Centrum, we have gathered knowledge, experience, and genuine engagement under one roof, creating a strong, competent, and non-hierarchical work group where we truly make a difference. We are a wonderful team of approximately 60 colleagues who together take care of our approximately 13,300 registered patients – through all stages of life.

We are located in the heart of Malmö, in bright and modern premises in the same building as Hansa. Close to public transportation.

Here you will find a broad and well-functioning operation with a doctor's office, a nurse's office, our own laboratory, a midwife's office, and Child Health Care (BVC). We also have a strong and engaged rehab team with psychologists, physiotherapists, social workers, and occupational therapists – who work closely together with our doctors and nurses to create holistic care, quality, and security for every patient.

Here you will get a varied and meaningful role with great involvement in the operations. You work both independently and closely with your colleagues, becoming an important part of our daily routine. Your tasks will mainly consist of sample collection at our laboratory and supporting examinations and treatments.

We are looking for you who are educated as a healthcare assistant and have received proof of a protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.

You have at least five years of experience in the profession and feel secure in your competence. Experience from working in primary care or at a laboratory is meritorious.

At the same time, you are a team player who enjoys working together with others and contributing to good cooperation within the team. You are secure in your role, flexible when the situation requires it, and have a professional and warm attitude towards both patients and colleagues.

For permanent positions, we always apply a six-month probation period first.
