We are now looking for dedicated care assistants for evening shifts within home care in Haninge, Northern area. Here, you will work closely with people, contribute to security and independence, and be part of a work group where collaboration and care are in focus.

Your Role

As a care assistant in home care, you work in the customers' home environment and provide support and care based on assessed needs. You help people live a secure and independent life and build good relationships with customers, relatives, and colleagues.

The work includes among other things:

• Personal care and support in daily life
• Mobility and a rehabilitative approach to work
• Help with meals, shopping, laundry, and cleaning
• Walks and social support
• Documentation and reporting
• Planning and coordination regarding the customer's needs
• Being a dedicated care contact to create continuity and security

You work both independently and together with colleagues, where you support each other and collaborate to provide the best possible care.

Your Competence and Experience

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained care assistant with a protected professional title or have equivalent competence
• Have experience working in elderly care or home care
• Express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Have good computer skills and feel confident with documentation
• Have the physical ability to perform the tasks

It is an advantage if you:

• Have experience working with people with cognitive illness or dementia
• Have experience with time registration at the customer's home

About the Position

Permanent position

Evening shift, approximately 55–70% of full-time, every other weekend
