Are you passionate about nursing and helping others grow?
Do you believe that supervision is more than just answering questions – it is a craft, a pedagogical art, and sometimes a bit of teamwork? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
We are looking for registered nurses with supervision experience for our clinical education department within orthopedics. Here, you combine high-quality patient care with an important mission: to guide, inspire, and support students and colleagues in their professional development.
Our Employment Offer
As an employee at Danderyd Hospital, you receive healthcare compensation, an annual wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK, and access to our well-equipped staff gym, "Lyftet," for only 800 SEK per year. In addition, there is pension, vacation, occupational health services, insurance, and wage exchange options.
About the Role
As a nurse with us, you are a key figure in the clinical learning environment. You:
- Supervise students and new employees in their daily work
- Create safety, structure, and learning in an sometimes hectic clinical everyday life
- Use your pedagogical skills to adapt supervision to the individual and the situation
- Serve as a role model – both in your clinical work and in how you share knowledge
We are looking for someone who
- Is a registered nurse, preferably with experience from orthopedic care
- Has previous experience in supervision and finds pedagogy both important and enjoyable. Supervision training is an advantage
- Is receptive, clear, and encouraging (and not afraid to ask that good question)
- Thrives in collaboration and contributes to a positive and learning-oriented work environment
We offer
- Meaningful work where your supervision skills truly make a difference
- A workplace where learning, development, and job satisfaction are in focus
- Colleagues who support each other and are happy to share both knowledge and laughter
Does this sound like something for you? Then we look forward to hearing from you – with us, your pedagogical drive is at least as important as your clinical competence!
