Located in the heart of an expanding region is Kävlinge, an exciting municipality characterized by growth. You can easily reach us by train from Malmö, Lund, or Helsingborg. The Health Centre is centrally located in Kävlinge, just a seven-minute walk from the train station. We offer quality healthcare for the whole person. Today, we have 10,300 registered patients of varying ages and backgrounds.

Around 40 employees work at the Health Centre, all striving to provide the best care for all our patients. Our focus is on a good working environment and a climate where we work safely and with high healthcare quality. We also host a Child Health Centre (BVC) and a Midwife Clinic (BMM), which provide complementary services throughout the day and continuity of care for our patients throughout their lives. For us, teamwork and collaboration between professions are essential for our success, and we constantly work to improve in these areas.

Here, nurses, doctors, assistant nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, medical secretaries, psychologists, receptionists, and social workers collaborate to provide the best possible care and service. The Health Centre also offers training positions in various professional categories.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities include, among other things, reception work, telephone advice, and triage at the Health Centre. Your role with us is extremely central, important, and requires close collaboration with other professional groups. We who work here value our excellent collaboration, which contributes to a good working environment and patient-safe care. Several employees have worked at the Health Centre for many years, and recently we have welcomed new colleagues, creating a good and creative combination of experience and fresh thinking.

The position is a temporary assignment for approximately one year, with a possibility of extension.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with the eligibility to work within Swedish healthcare. Proficiency in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe scale is a requirement. If you have experience in primary care and triage, both on-site and via telephone, we also consider this advantageous.
