About the position
Perido is looking for a Brand Identity Manager on behalf of one of our clients within the electric car industry. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Brand and Creative to develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive brand identity framework. You will be responsible for ensuring that the brand is consistently represented across internal and external channels while supporting colleagues and partners in bringing the brand to life.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on project management and execution. You will collaborate with teams across marketing, communications, design, and product development to ensure alignment and excellence in all brand-related activities. The position is based in Gothenburg.
Your daily tasks
As a Brand Identity Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining brand identity guidelines covering visual elements, messaging, tone of voice, and brand values
- Owning and managing the brand portal as the primary source of truth for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring consistency and compliance with brand guidelines across all brand touchpoints
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align creative and communication outputs with the brand strategy
- Providing guidance and support to stakeholders regarding brand standards and best practices
- Supporting the creation and production of brand assets, including logos, typography, photography, illustrations, and other visual elements
- Conducting regular brand audits and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Monitoring industry trends, market developments, and best practices within branding and design
- Leading and managing brand identity projects from concept to implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
- Working closely with internal and external partners to support brand initiatives and projects
Your characteristics

You have excellent communication skills and can confidently guide and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization. You are highly detail-oriented and have a strong eye for both visual and verbal consistency. At the same time, you are collaborative, approachable, and comfortable working across functions and with external partners. You take ownership of your work, are self-driven, and can independently manage priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:
- A university degree, preferably with a focus on marketing
- Several years of experience in marketing, ideally within creative and brand-focused environments
- Experience in project management and coordinating multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge and interest in branding, sustainability, and future mobility solutions
- Experience working with brand portals and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, preferably Frontify or similar solutions
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience working with project management and collaboration tools
- Ability to structure and manage digital asset libraries for internal and external use
- Fluent in English and Swedish
Meritorious:
- Experience working in SAP Fiori for procurement
- Background from complex service-based or technical purchasing categories
Contract type and hours
Full-time, consulting assignment until 2026-12-31. Start 2026-07-01.
