School Properties' task is to provide the Municipality of Uppsala with premises and environments for educational activities. Educational activities are primarily conducted in our properties. Description of duties

The main task is to ensure that the company's outdoor environments maintain a high quality over time. This responsibility includes contract management for supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance of outdoor environments, as well as snow removal and ice control (operational contracts for outdoor environments) for the entire property portfolio. The manager must also work to ensure safety in the outdoor environments.

In this role, you are responsible for operational contracts within outdoor environments, where you continuously follow up on and develop the work together with contractors. You hold regular operational meetings monthly and contract meetings annually, work with follow-up and quality control, and monitor fault reports. You have an active responsibility for contract development and ensure that agreements are followed, including monitoring cancellation and extension periods. If necessary, you initiate the cancellation and procurement of new operational contracts and negotiate prices in case of changes in the scope of assignments. The work also includes invoice management, updating maintenance maps in GIS, and producing documentation in the form of maintenance and snow removal maps.

You are responsible for establishing and maintaining operation and maintenance plans for playground equipment according to current standards and ensuring that annual safety inspections are carried out and followed up. The role also involves contributing as an expert in operational matters during planning, procurement, and evaluation of new production, maintenance, and operational contracts, as well as actively contributing your expertise to overarching operational issues for outdoor environments. You are responsible for ensuring safety in the outdoor environment and that property boundaries are correct, initiating property adjustments or leases if necessary.

Furthermore, you are responsible for ensuring that drawing documentation for outdoor environments is up to date and representing the management in road associations, common associations, and joint facilities in land matters. You also contribute to forecasting and budgeting. The role involves close collaboration with the company's technical manager, property manager, and project unit, as well as contact with contractors, operations in the managed properties, and external authorities and stakeholders. The work is carried out within the framework of established authorization and delegation orders and includes participation in relevant forums such as operational meetings and manager forums.

The Municipality of Uppsala applies individual and differentiated salary setting according to the current collective agreement.

In your application, you must state your citizenship. Employment can only take place after verification of the work permit, as required by the Aliens Ordinance.

Employment with the Municipality of Uppsala may involve being placed on the war establishment.

Salary form: Monthly salary.
