We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer who wants to work broadly across several industries and take overall technical responsibility in customer-facing development projects. You have a strong systems thinking approach and are responsible for system architecture, requirements engineering, and risk analysis, serving as the technical link between the customer and the development team.

The role is technical and systems-oriented – not a pure project management role – where you combine overarching system understanding with the ability to dive into details within hardware and/or software.

Your technical background

• Civil Engineer or University College Engineer in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or equivalent.
• Senior experience in developing complex technical systems and participation in full-scale development projects.
• Accustomed to driving technical issues, making technical decisions, and contributing to structure, quality, and progress.
• Good understanding of the interaction between hardware and software.
• Experience in electronic design, embedded systems, and/or programming in C/C++.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Thrives in working in smaller teams.
• Experience from medical technology or other regulated industries is highly meritorious, as is experience from smaller companies and/or startups.
