Experienced Preschool Teacher Wanted for Family-Oriented Preschool in Malmö

We are looking for an engaged and experienced preschool teacher for our small, family-oriented preschool, starting in August.

Here, you will become an important part of the children's daily lives. We strive to see every child every day and meet each child based on their personality, needs, and conditions. We place great emphasis on security, relationships, learning, and creating an environment where children feel seen, liked, and significant.

We are looking for you who are a secure and responsible adult with a strong commitment to children's development, care, and learning. You should enjoy working closely with the children, being present in their daily lives, and contributing to a calm, warm, and secure environment where children have the opportunity to develop and learn through play, relationships, and exploration.

We would appreciate it if you had competence or a special interest in aesthetic areas such as music, creation, drama, movement, or other creative forms of expression that can enrich the teaching and the children's learning.

Job Responsibilities

• Work in a children's group based on the preschool curriculum and pedagogical mission
• Participate in planning and implementation of teaching and activities
• Contribute to a secure, joyful, and inspiring learning environment
• Create good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues
• Be involved in systematic quality work

Qualifications

• Trained preschool teacher
• Experience working in a preschool
• Good knowledge of the preschool curriculum, Lpfö 18
• Experience or interest in aesthetic learning processes is an advantage
• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
