About the role

We are currently establishing a specialized family treatment team. As one of three team members, you will work intensively in the homes of families, independently, several times a week. Working hours are tailored to the families' needs, which includes evenings and weekends. You will work evidence-based and structured, from a systemic perspective, engaging with the family's entire network, including relatives, school staff, leisure center leaders, coaches, and friends' parents.

You will meet families where children and young people exhibit norm-breaking behavior and/or are at risk of harm. Here, you have the opportunity to create lasting changes by strengthening parenting skills, preventing placements, and providing children with a safer daily life. You will face complex situations with courage, curiosity, and initiative. You are stable, structured, and possess strong analytical skills. You build trusting relationships, structure, and hope where needs are greatest. At our organization, you work when it is needed, not just when it is convenient.

You will be part of the Family Team, which belongs to the Child and Family Services department. Structured case handling with the intensive family treatment team takes place every week. Process supervision with the entire family team occurs once a month.

Are you the one we are looking for?

Are you a courageous, proactive, and resilient family therapist who wants to work closely with families in complex situations?

You are a social worker, social pedagogue, treatment pedagogue, or have other relevant education for the position. You have worked in a team with structured family treatment for several years, or you have worked in residential care (HVB) or secure residential care (SIS) with structured treatment for several years. You have further educated yourself in a program or method suitable for the position, such as MST, TFCO, MultifunC, FFT, IHF, Turning Points, Marte Meo, ABFT, or a comparable evidence-based program. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

We are looking for you to join our new Intensive Family Treatment Team (IFB) within the Individual and Family Care services in Kävlinge Municipality!
