We are looking for a Project Engineer for a government agency within the transport sector.

This is a consulting assignment. The location is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

We are looking for a Project Engineer who supports project management and the team in driving investment projects according to established requirements, methods, and goals. The role involves independent responsibility for administrative, technical, and economic tasks, as well as contributing to efficient project control, coordination, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Administer permissions and structure in Avima
• Support project management with updating and monitoring status reporting in Antura
• Perform cost monitoring and compile economic material for project control
• Contribute to project planning and coordination of activities to ensure progress
• Prepare and quality-assure decision materials for project and steering group meetings
• Contribute to the technical review of documentation and deliveries, and compile and follow up according to established requirements
• Prepare meeting materials and document decisions and actions
• Handle ongoing internal administration related to project operations
• Prepare service statements and other decision documents
• Handle the project's PM flows and ensure correct documentation and traceability

Requirements (OBS, mandatory)

• You have participated in at least two (2) procurements as a client project engineer in the public sector (LUF/LOU) with contract forms AB/ABK/ABT.
• You must have at least three (3) years of experience as a project engineer/construction engineer in projects where the coordination responsibility lay within the project organization with more than two parties.
• You must have at least two (2) years of experience working with and/or documenting requirement management in one of the commonly used requirement management tools on the market.
• In your role as project engineer/construction engineer, you must have supported construction management in two (2) projects with the review of technical and economic materials as well as ÄTA (Additional Terms and Conditions) management.
• You must have knowledge of administering, documenting, and delivering meeting minutes, contract documents, and decision documents in at least one (1) project during the last four (4) years.
• Engineering education (2 years) / Vocational Higher Education (YH) in Electrical Power Engineering or Railway Technology.
• You must be able to express yourself fluently in professional Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• You have very good knowledge of the MS Office package.

Merits

• You have worked in/administered Bluebeam or a similar tool in at least two projects.
