About the role

As a machine operator for our client in Salem/Skyttbrink, you will be part of a team responsible for the operation and maintenance of the facility's machinery. The role involves driving and maintaining heavy machinery, performing daily safety checks, and collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure an efficient and safe workflow. This is a full-time position with a start date to be agreed upon.

Responsibilities

• Drive and maneuver various types of construction machinery (e.g., excavators, wheel loaders, depending on the assignment)
• Perform daily checks and basic maintenance on machinery
• Ensure work areas are safe and that safety protocols are followed
• Load and unload materials and assist with vehicle loading
• Document work performed and report any deviations to the site supervisor

Who we are looking for

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
• Enjoy practical work and thrive in varying outdoor environments
• Work well in a team and take initiative when needed
• Fluent in Swedish (both spoken and written)

Requirements

• Valid machine operator certificate or equivalent qualification for the relevant machinery types
• Experience operating heavy construction machinery
• Valid Category B driver's license
• Ability to follow safety routines and use personal protective equipment

Merits

• Experience from groundworks, construction, or recycling operations

• Duration: Full-time
• Working hours: Varying daytime shifts
