In this role, you will step into a comprehensive local and security project with a critical actor in the energy sector. The focus is on driving the sub-project for physical security in a complex office environment with high demands on coordination, regulatory compliance, and quality.

You will work closely with functions within construction, property, IT, network, and security, becoming a key link between requirement setting, design, installation, and handover. The role combines strategic project leadership with operational execution and suits you who want to take clear responsibility in an environment where physical security is crucial. • You drive the sub-project's schedule, budget, results, and resource planning.
• You create specifications, competence needs, and decision support for physical security, including cabling, locks, alarms, CCTV, and access cards.
• You plan, monitor, and report status and progress to the main project manager and security coordinator.
• You coordinate work with other sub-project managers and relevant requirement setters within physical security, IT, network, and IT security.
• You provide advice and support in matters concerning physical security in dialogue with property owners, clients, and contractors.
• You create procurement documents according to LOU, LUF, and LUFS and contribute expertise during bid evaluation.
• You review sketches, design documents, and drawings and ensure correct sign-off before feedback and ordering.
• You lead work planning, resource allocation, and execution for deliveries and installations within physical security.
• You handle risks, update the sub-project's status in Antura, and are responsible for the final report and handover to operations and line management.

• At least 10 years of experience in the role of sub-project manager or a similar role.
• At least 10 years of experience in project management within physical security, i.e., perimeter protection, locks, alarms, door environments, and CCTV.
• At least 10 years of experience in project work and/or line work within complex buildings regarding installation density, disturbance-sensitive operations conducted 24/7, and secure construction projects.
• At least 10 years of experience within regulations related to security and physical security, such as SSF lock, alarm, and protection classes.
• At least 5 years of experience leading and coordinating security installations within access systems, intrusion alarms, door environments, lock hardware, and CCTV according to current standards and regulations between client, suppliers, and construction contractors.
• At least 5 years of experience in structuring and documenting work, including writing descriptions.
• In the last 5 years, led at least 2 projects or sub-projects of at least 15,000 sqm within the security area.
• Experience in at least 2 projects having been responsible for or having created technical specifications for access cards, locks, alarms, CCTV, as well as power and network for physical security equipment.
• Experience with at least 2 projects containing security-classified information from the last 5 years.
• Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Certified Security Manager.
• Experience in the role of project manager or sub-project manager within physical security having worked on at least 1 relevant office project for a tenant in the public sector in the last 3 years.
• At least 20 years of experience within security where you have worked in all parts of security protection, such as information security, personnel security, and physical security.
