Information about the workplace

Praktikertjänst Health Center in Fagersta is located in the northern part of Västmanland. The health center has approximately 10,150 registered patients and has been operated by Praktikertjänst AB since the end of 2022. The operations are in an exciting phase of development, and we are looking for you who want to be part of our well-functioning operations. We have stable staffing and high competence among our employees. We have developed very good cooperation between municipal home care, ambulance services, and the region's other operations. We are extremely proud that we have been nominated for Dagens Medicin's award, "Bridge Builder of the Year," by the regional leadership in Västmanland together with our close partners.

We believe in a workplace with a heterogeneous work group, which creates a creative climate. We see the education of doctors as an important part and that mentoring younger colleagues should be prioritized. We also see that digital working methods are and will continue to be an important part in the development of today's and tomorrow's primary care.

Currently, we have 7 permanent general specialists, 3 ST-doctors, and AT-doctors. We also have recurring medical candidates.

Qualifications:

You are a specialist in general medicine with permission to work within Swedish healthcare. You are driven by quality in your work and are a good collaborator among colleagues. You thrive in an environment where there is a high ceiling and where the work is patient-focused. You have a good ability to listen, and you are meticulous, can work independently while also enjoying close collaboration with everyone in the team working around the patients.

Fluent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
