We are looking for a Process Lawyer

Riverty is now seeking a Process Lawyer for a permanent full-time position based in Varberg. We prefer that you have a connection to Varberg and the surrounding area and wish to develop together with us over time.

Your Responsibilities
In this role, you will hold an important and long-term position in our Swedish litigation team. You will:
- Handle disputes and legal proceedings as a representative for Riverty and our clients in a dynamic yet stable work environment.
- Work in a team where collaboration and long-term commitment are highly valued.
- Independently manage processes from start to finish, including investigations, drafting legal documents, contacting opposing parties, authorities, and courts, as well as appearing as a representative in court.
- Support operations within debt collection and in matters related to claims and dispute resolution.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a Swedish law degree, preferably with a few years of professional experience.
- Thrives in a long-term role and sees the value in building a stable career together with colleagues over time.
- Has excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
- Experience from judicial clerkship or dispute resolution within debt collection or claims management is meritorious.
- Extra points if you have a connection to Varberg or the nearby region. We believe that local engagement and presence create security and long-term stability for both you and the team.
