SiS LVM-hem Rällsögården receives men with alcohol, drug, or combined substance abuse, often in combination with mental health issues.

Job Description

As a Treatment Pedagogue, you work in a team together with treatment assistants and treatment coordinators. Together, you are responsible for ensuring that residents receive the safety, care, and treatment they need. Since we often meet people in crisis, the work involves qualified nursing and motivational work, as well as providing support in daily life. Using your knowledge of care and treatment, you actively contribute to the implementation of treatment plans. Documentation is an important part of the job, as is ensuring that safety is maintained according to our routines. Contact person responsibilities are also part of the role, as is the possibility of mentoring new employees.

The working hours are during the night shift according to schedule.

Qualifications

Your personal qualities are crucial to us. You have a strong, positive view of humanity and a genuine desire to support people in vulnerable situations. You are good at creating engagement and involvement among residents, and you build relationships easily, both with clients and colleagues. Your calm demeanor and ability to collaborate strengthen the team and help resolve conflicts constructively.

You must also have:

• A degree from a 2-year post-secondary education at a folk high school or university college (KY/YH) with a focus on social/pedagogical treatment work, or a university education that we assess as equivalent.
• A valid driver's license (Category B).
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Meritorious:

• Experience working with people in vulnerable life situations, e.g., within psychiatry or LSS (Act for Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments).
• Education in care and nursing.
• Experience working within SiS.

Employment

The position is a temporary assignment (81%) from August 2026 to May 2027. Start date is by agreement.
