We primarily use cars at our units, but e-bikes/bicycles may also be used.

We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in the operations – we can always get better.

Today, the company has over 1,400 employed assistant nurses, care assistants, and cleaners.

We have special competence in dementia care – we actively work with training in Star-marked Dementia (Stjärnmärkt demens).

Job Responsibilities – What will you do?

You work with providing customers with the help they are entitled to according to care decisions and individual implementation plans. Examples of tasks include:

• Personal hygiene – help with showering, toilet visits, and other personal care.
• Meal support – help with cooking, serving, and sometimes feeding.
• Supervision & companionship – create security and contribute to the customer's social context.
• Dressing and undressing – practical support when changing clothes.
• Home support – for example, laundry, cleaning, and other daily chores.
• Security alarms – quickly respond to urgent needs from customers who have triggered alarms. We work on behalf of K-son in Norrtälje Municipality and handle security alarms between 07:00 and 22:00.

Who are you? Are you the one we are looking for?

To fit in with us, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:

• Assistant Nurse Education (meritorious) – you are educated and experienced in your field.
• Fluent in Swedish – you master Swedish both in speech and writing and can document professionally.
• Category B Driver's License (a requirement at our unit) – you are a confident driver and used to navigating traffic.
• Stress-resistant & responsible – you handle pressured situations with calm and decisiveness.
• Independent – you enjoy working independently but are also a team player when needed.
• Empathetic & sensitive – you have a genuine desire to help and understand that every customer has their own needs and wishes.
• Communicative – you find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both customers and colleagues.
• Flexible & solution-oriented – you are used to working in an environment where no day is like the other.
• Detail-oriented & responsible – you have a high quality awareness and take responsibility for your work.
• Digital skills – you have experience working with mobile phones and documentation in digital systems.
