Job Description
We are looking for a System Administrator / System Manager for one of our clients in Solna. As a System Administrator, you are responsible for ensuring that HR and finance applications are managed, developed, and deliver business value in line with the organization's needs and IT strategy. The role serves as the operational link between the business, IT, and vendors.
- Drive administration forums and change management.
- Gather and prioritize business requirements.
- Ensure delivery according to SLAs and KPIs.
- Act as the escalation point for incidents.
- Improve processes and data quality.
- Manage vendors and integrations.
- Be responsible for budget and administration plans.
- Ensure documentation and compliance.
- Actively drive a higher degree of automation and AI support in business processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure stable operation, maintenance, and further development of HR and finance systems.
- Lead and coordinate administration work.
- Own and develop the technical roadmap for the systems in collaboration with system owners within the business.
- Be responsible for prioritizing and monitoring changes.
- Ensure compliance with IT strategy and frameworks.
- Capacity planning for licenses and performance, including ownership of the budget.
Qualifications
Education: Post-secondary education.
Experience: Experience in similar work.
Other qualifications:
- Education in System Science or equivalent knowledge.
- Experience in relevant processes.
- Language skills: Swedish or Norwegian, and English.
- Ability to take a helicopter view.
- Ability to work both strategically and operationally.
- Comfortable leading others through workshops and strategic planning.
- Goal-oriented and structured.
- Business-focused, with an understanding of the business value in solutions.
- Vendor management experience.
- Broad knowledge of system development and integration work in a complex environment with many dependencies.
- Experience in system administration within HR or Finance is advantageous.
- Experience in automating business processes is advantageous.
