We are now looking for an engaged and competent Team Leader for the Home Care Services in Lomma/Bjärred.

Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you are part of a team consisting of activity planners and the convening unit manager for your home care group. You help drive decisions made by the management group through both administrative and practical care work in the homes of our citizens, as well as by coaching and leading our employees.

You will report directly to the Unit Manager. The majority of your work as a Team Leader is carried out in the individual's home, so experience in elderly care is a requirement.

The Unit Manager leads the operations partly through their Team Leaders, which is why personal suitability is very important.

You need to be clear, communicative, and foster participation.

A prerequisite for developing in the role of Team Leader is that you are independent, unpretentious, and have the ability to both give and receive feedback.

An important part of the work as a Team Leader is to work for a good organizational and social work environment.

Other duties may be added as needed or requested.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant (undersköterska) with a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen).

You are computer literate and speak and write fluent Swedish.

To succeed as a Team Leader and leader with us requires active leadership based on our values. A leadership style that creates motivation and engagement among our employees. It is obvious that you, as a Team Leader, serve as a role model for our employees and organization.

If you have completed leadership training or have experience working as a Team Leader, we consider this to be meritorious.

You focus on the individual's needs and place great importance on good and respectful treatment. You are also receptive and can provide a good daily life for our elderly. You need to be able to work independently and be flexible as the workday may change.

Since the pace can sometimes be high, it is important to be able to prioritize your tasks and maintain a respectful attitude even in unexpected and pressuring situations. It is a requirement that you can create and then maintain a good structure in the operations and be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Meritorious: Experience in elderly care and experience with Life Care.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Employment Type: Permanent position.

We disclose salary ranges corresponding to the 10th and 90th percentiles: 38,600–42,600 SEK/month. The salary range is stated in accordance with current regulations on salary transparency.
