About the position

We offer permanent part-time positions, at approximately 80-97%. Our customers live in Rimbo and surrounding areas, where we primarily travel to our users by car, bicycle, or on foot.

As an assistant nurse or care assistant within home care, you work closely with people who need care and support in their own homes. Your work is both varied and meaningful. You work both independently and together with colleagues to provide the best possible care. We are looking for you who have engagement and the desire to actively contribute to developing and improving the operations.

Your tasks include among other things:

• Providing personal care and support during meals.
• Participating in social gatherings with users and accompanying them on walks.
• Performing delegated tasks from nurses or rehabilitation staff.
• Creating implementation plans based on the customer's individual needs.
• Participating in development areas such as dementia care, technology, and documentation.
• Acting as a permanent care contact for the users and contributing to their security (applies to assistant nurses).

About our offer:

As part of our benefits, we offer a wellness allowance of up to 5,000 SEK per year for full-time employees, via Epassi. For those working part-time, the amount is adjusted proportionally according to your degree of employment.

About you

For this position, you need:

• Experience in similar work with varied tasks.
• Basic digital competence.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
• Ability to cycle.

It is meritorious if you also have:

• Experience and interest in areas such as dementia, technology, and documentation.
• Being a trained assistant nurse with a protected professional title.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to present a valid residence/work permit or be able to prove that you are exempt from the obligation to have a work permit. In this process, we will check citizenship.

From July 1, 2023, assistant nurse is a protected professional title. This means that a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare is required to use the title assistant nurse. You apply for the certificate on the National Board of Health and Welfare's website. If you have care and nursing education according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations but have not yet received the professional certificate, you can instead be employed with the title care assistant. No assistant nurse education is required to be employed as a care assistant.
