Job Description & Offer
We are looking for a driven project coordinator with a focus on space adaptation and mobility services. Here you will have the opportunity to combine technical understanding, coordination, and a sustainability focus in a role where you contribute to real benefits for both tenants, the climate, and the business.
Space Adaptation
Within the area of space adaptation, you are responsible for coordinating and preparing preliminary study materials on behalf of our space developers. The role involves:
- acting as a coordinating party in technical questions related to space adaptations
- preparing cost calculations and preliminary study reports
- coordinating dialogue with customers and internal functions
- following up and agreeing on solution proposals together with space developers and property managers
- ensuring that the materials form the basis for orders to our property maintenance unit
You will become a key link between the customer, operations, and technology, where structure, coordination, and business acumen are crucial for creating good and sustainable solutions.
Mobility Services
In parallel, you are responsible for coordinating the introduction of mobility services in our residential areas, such as car pools, bike pools, and services like electric vehicle charging, public transport, and property-adjacent services. In this work, you will:
- plan and coordinate the implementation of the mobility strategy together with our four districts
- monitor mobility services
- conduct workshops and create engagement
- prepare cost estimates for requested solutions
- follow up on results with a focus on customer value, sustainability, and business benefit
We are looking for someone who thrives in a role with many contact surfaces, likes to drive work forward, and is motivated by creating structure, development, and long-term sustainable solutions.
Person Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
- experience working in property management, projects, or business development with a focus on premises and/or housing
- a good understanding of property technical issues and experience in dialogue regarding regulatory requirements concerning fire safety, electrical safety, ventilation, and cooling
- experience in preparing calculations and cost assessments
- experience collaborating with different units/departments
You feel confident in coordinating issues between different units/departments. For the work with mobility services, we would appreciate that you have some understanding of mobility issues and sustainable transport solutions. You do not need to be a specialist in the field, but we believe you are curious, collaborative, and enjoy implementing strategies together with others. To thrive in this role, you are a social and relationship-building person who likes to collaborate and build trust in interactions with others. You are business-minded, structured, and used to driving your work forward independently. You are curious, unpretentious, and solution-oriented, with the ability to analyze, prioritize, and see the big picture. At the same time, you act with care for people, properties, and the environment and have an inclusive approach where the equal value of all people is obvious.
