We deliver modern plumbing solutions for both new construction and renovations, focusing on larger, complex contracting projects in western Skåne. About the Role

As a Project Manager here, you drive contracting projects within new construction and renovation of residential and commercial properties from the early stages to completion. You are the hub of the project, responsible for planning, economy, staffing, and quality. The role combines office work with time out on the projects, where you ensure that everything runs efficiently and in an organized manner.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and drive projects from start to finish
• Plan resources and staffing together with installers
• Responsible for the project's economy, forecasts, and follow-up
• Handle purchases and material orders
• ETA (ÄTA) management and economic dialogue with construction contractors
• Ongoing customer contact and collaboration with site managers, suppliers, and installers
• Ensure project quality, safety, and profitability

Requirements for the Position

• Several years of experience from the plumbing/piping industry
• Experience in project management, or alternatively, been a lead installer or had similar responsibilities
• Good understanding of project management and project economics
• Good computer literacy
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish
