What you will do

✔️ Plan and coordinate service and support cases from start to finish

✔️ Maintain ongoing customer contact and ensure a professional customer experience

✔️ Troubleshoot and provide support regarding solar installations and energy systems

✔️ Book and coordinate technicians and ensure documentation and follow-up

Here, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on service and support cases for our private customers. You act as the hub between the customer, technicians, and installers, ensuring that every case is handled efficiently and professionally.

The role involves daily customer contact via phone, administrative management, and technical troubleshooting related to solar installations and energy systems.

We are looking for someone who...

has good technical understanding and wants to work solution-oriented in a role where structure and customer focus are crucial. You have a holistic understanding of how a solar installation works and how different units interact, from electricity and inverters to batteries and other technical systems.

You may have gained your competence through work experience or education – fundamentally, we are looking for a solar energy professional with a technical interest and system understanding.
