You now have the opportunity to work with a 13-year-old girl who spreads joy wherever she goes. She communicates in her own way, appreciates calm and security, and feels her best when surrounded by empathetic and present people. We are now looking for a personal assistant who wants to become an important part of her daily life.

Who are you?

We believe you are a person who:

• Has a calm and gentle manner, and can meet her where she is.
• Is perceptive, secure, and not afraid to take responsibility.
• Has good physical fitness, as heavy lifting is part of the job.
• Is diligent with hygiene, as she is highly sensitive to infections.
• Speaks fluent and clear Swedish.
• Has a valid driver's license.
• Is not allergic to fur animals – both a cat and a dog live in the home.
• Has knowledge of Sign Support (TSS) or experience in similar work (meritorious).

Medical knowledge is meritorious as the work may involve:

• Feeding via a button on the stomach.
• Medication management.
• Inhalations.
• Use of PEP mask and cough assist machine.
• Support during epilepsy.

About the role

As a personal assistant, you will become part of her daily life – both in the small and big moments. You will help her with personal hygiene, routines, activities, and everything that comes with life. This is a job where the relationship matters greatly, and where you truly get the opportunity to make a difference for another human being.

She is a happy, warm, and lovely girl who appreciates when people are close, secure, and clear. She thrives best in calm environments and with people who have a gentle manner and a big heart. The client requests female applicants. She lives alternately with her mother and father.

About the position

The position covers day, evening, and weekend shifts and is flexible in size.
