Personal assistance is a service under the LSS Act (The Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Every customer is unique, and your tasks will vary depending on the customer's needs. You value the customer's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making daily life run smoothly.

About the role

The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for you who meet the following criteria:

• want to work for a man in his 30s living in Rättvik

• have good knowledge of Swedish

• have a valid B-category driver's license

It is also meritorious if you:

• have experience in similar work

• share the customer's interests in hockey, series, and food

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment percentage, and salary:

The current form of employment is "for as long as the assignment lasts" at approximately 12 %, which means working Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 07:00–08:30 every week.

There is also the possibility of working during the summer, both overnight and shorter morning shifts.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, and other benefits are paid according to the collective agreement.

Start date: Immediately or according to agreement.

Being employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting an employment with us at Humana is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID document and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
