The Social Services Administration operates a broad range of activities within elderly care, disability services, healthcare, and individual and family care. We currently have approximately 250 employees.

Job Description
We are now looking for you who want to work as a casual substitute within home care! As a casual substitute in home care, working hours can be scheduled during the day, evening, night, and weekends. You can choose whether you prefer to work days, evenings, and/or nights. The home care area covers the town of Fjugesta and the surrounding countryside. Daily work is planned digitally, and interventions for users are registered via mobile phone. Most users have digital locks that are opened with a mobile phone. We drive electric and diesel cars in the service. We have electric bicycles used for visits in the town area.
Your main tasks will include:
- providing care, support, and services to users based on their individual needs
- answering and addressing safety alarms
- delegated and instructed tasks from occupational therapists and nurses
- documentation.
>To perform the tasks in home care, you need to:
- receive delegation to administer medication. Before you can receive a delegation, you must first complete an online course with a knowledge test to be assessed by the responsible nurse to ensure your knowledge is sufficient
- complete training in mobility skills to safely move users
- complete an online course in the documentation system
- be introduced to the work by home care staff, for at least 3 shifts.
Of course, the training is conducted during paid working hours.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who:
- are at least 18 years old
- can speak and write in Swedish
- have a driver's license for passenger cars and driving experience, with no obstacles to driving
- can ride a bicycle.
It is an advantage if you have care training and/or experience working in home care or other healthcare settings, as well as experience working with people of different age groups.
This role requires that you have a genuine interest in working with people. You are sensitive and respectful of the fact that we work in other people's homes. You also need to have good ability to plan your work and collaborate with others. You take initiative and see what needs to be done.
We place great importance on personal suitability.
Employment Type: Fixed-term employment.
