Assignment Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Documentation Technician.

What You Will Work On

• Manage and maintain network information within DP-Power.
• Register, update, and correct electrical network asset data.
• Create and quality-assure documentation for power distribution facilities.
• Ensure documentation complies with established standards, processes, and guidelines.
• Support accurate and efficient management of network information.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure proper information flow.
• Participate in process improvement and documentation optimization initiatives.
• Maintain high standards of data quality and traceability.
• Support infrastructure projects with documentation and information management expertise.
• Assist stakeholders in interpreting and utilizing network information.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of documentation practices and workflows.

What You Bring

• Post-secondary education within Electrical Power Engineering, Distribution Networks, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience working with electrical network documentation systems.
• Strong knowledge of DP-Power.
• Experience maintaining and managing network asset information.
• Understanding of electrical distribution networks and infrastructure.
• Experience following structured processes and quality requirements.
• Understanding of project workflows and operational processes within utility environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Swedish.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
