We are now strengthening our calibration team in Stockholm and are looking for you who are a true engine enthusiast. You have a good understanding of internal combustion engines and are driven by optimizing their performance. About Us
Our Calibration team, based in Haninge, is responsible for engine and vehicle calibration across a broad spectrum of applications, such as heavy vehicles, construction machinery, non-road equipment, marine, and mobile machines. Here, deep technical expertise is combined with practical development work in test benches and real-world operating environments.

In the role of Calibration Engineer, you work with the calibration of engine control units (ECU) in both development and series projects. Your focus is on optimizing the diesel engine's functions and control systems with regard to, for example:
- emissions
- fuel consumption
- performance
- drivability
The work includes planning, execution, and evaluation of both static and dynamic calibrations in engine test benches. You are also responsible for optimization and verification in test environments as well as in the field.
Furthermore, the role involves analyzing measurement data, preparing reports, and presenting results. The position entails close collaboration with several different functions within the organization.
Profile Description:
To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in calibration, development, or testing of internal combustion engines
- Good knowledge of the basic functioning of internal combustion engines
- Proficiency in calibration tools, such as ATI VISION and/or INCA
- Experience with data analysis tools
- Experience in project planning, coordination, and delivery
- Very good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Merits:
- C or CE driver's license
- Knowledge of AVL tools, such as Cameo, Creta, and Concerto
