We are now looking for a Logistics Developer who wants to take a key role in developing, streamlining, and future-proofing internal logistics flows in line with increasing production volumes.
About the role:Our client's warehouse operations are facing a number of challenges ahead as production volumes increase. We are therefore looking for an Industrialization Engineer on their behalf, with experience in internal logistics development, who wants to contribute to future-proofing their flows and processes. As an Industrialization Engineer, you will play a central role in developing and streamlining internal logistics, as well as driving improvements.
The work will include, among other things:
- Analysis and improvement of logistics flows – Mapping processes, identifying bottlenecks, and driving cost-effective improvements in warehousing, receiving control, and internal flows.
- Development and standardization – Ensuring continuous improvements through new ways of working, methods, and standards.
- Project management – Planning, leading, and driving change and development projects within logistics. The work includes preliminary studies, preparing investment proposals, and ensuring progress towards set goals.
- Digitalization and system support – Implementing and optimizing digital tools and business systems to improve and automate logistics.
- Data analysis and decision support – Collecting and analyzing data and key performance indicators to measure and improve logistics processes.
- Training – Conducting internal training sessions and presentations.
- Cross-functional collaboration and industrialization – Working together with suppliers, production, and other sites (primarily Gothenburg and Huskvarna) to develop sustainable and efficient logistics solutions.
- Have a university degree or Master of Science in Engineering in fields such as mechanical engineering or industrial economics
- Have 3-5 years of experience working in production or manufacturing industry with a focus on internal logistics
- Have experience in Lean and improvement work – you are accustomed to working with continuous improvements, eliminating waste, and creating efficient flows
- Speak and write fluent Swedish and English, as both languages are used in daily work.
Meritorious:
- Warehouse automation – Knowledge of automated warehouse systems and material handling of internal flows
- Process standardization – Experience in developing and introducing common working methods, routines, and standards within logistics.

About the employment:This is a consultancy assignment, which means that you will be employed by Friday.
The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the security clearance regulations in effect at the time. For positions where the client has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
