You will become an important part of the work with integration, verification, and validation of advanced electronic warfare systems for fighter aircraft platforms. In this role, you work closely with systems engineers, developers, and other technical specialists to ensure that the systems meet the established requirements and function as intended in complex operational environments.

You are involved throughout the entire verification chain, from requirements analysis and test planning to execution, result analysis, and final verification. The work combines technical breadth with practical problem-solving in both laboratory environments and more realistic target and system environments. This is a role for you who want to work close to advanced technology in an environment where quality, performance, and reliability are crucial.

• You analyze and review system requirements and ensure traceability between requirements and verification.
• You plan, design, and conduct system and integration tests.
• You create test cases and test procedures based on functional and technical requirements.
• You perform verification and validation of electronic warfare systems in both lab and target environments.
• You troubleshoot and analyze deviations together with development and system teams.
• You document test results, verification reports, and technical analyses.
• You contribute to improving verification methods, test processes, and tools.
• You ensure that the systems meet requirements for function, performance, and quality.

• Technical university or civil engineering degree in, for example, electrical engineering, technical physics, computer engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with system verification, integration, or testing activities.
• Ability to analyze technical requirements and translate them into verifiable test cases.
• Experience in troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.

• Knowledge in signal theory.
• Experience with RF or microwave technology.
• Experience with electronic warfare systems, radar, or sensor systems.
• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level.
• Experience with IBM DOORS or other requirements management tools.
• Experience with test automation and script development.
• Experience from defense, aviation, or safety-critical industries.
• Experience with verification according to established development and quality processes.
