About Us Winassist is a leading provider of business systems for the automotive industry. We make everyday life easier for our customers and strengthen their competitiveness with a product we are proud of. We are a team of approximately 50 people with a flat hierarchy, strong team spirit, and a culture where personal responsibility and collaboration are central.
We are now in a phase of growth and change where we are modernizing our product and continuing our journey to the cloud. Therefore, we are looking for a Product Manager who wants to help shape both the product and the way we work.
Your Role As a Product Manager at Winassist, you play a central role in setting the direction for our product and ensuring that we build the right things at the right time. The role involves clear ownership of your part of the product, where you are responsible for the roadmap, prioritization, and creating clarity for the development team.
You will become part of our product team, which currently consists of two other PMs, and you will report directly to the CPO. You will jointly drive development forward and support each other in daily operations.
The journey has already begun; your task is to build on it, create structure where needed, and contribute to developing both the product work and the company as a whole. There is great opportunity here to influence how we move forward.
You will mainly:
- Create, update, and communicate the roadmap
- Drive backlog prioritization and work closely with the development team in daily tasks
- Ensure clarity and direction in the development team's work
- Gather and analyze input from customers, support, and sales, and translate it into decisions
- Make trade-offs between customer benefit, business value, and technical dependencies
- Create prototypes and contribute to solution design before development
- Participate in planning, demos, and follow-ups
- Coordinate priorities between different product areas
About You We are looking for you who make things happen and thrive in a role where you can combine structure, analysis, and collaboration. You are confident in making decisions, even when everything is not fully defined, and you have the ability to create clarity in complex situations. At the same time, you are unpretentious and enjoy working closely with both technology and business.
We believe you have:
- Strong ability to prioritize based on customer benefit, business value, and technology
- Good understanding of requirements work (epics, features, user stories)
- Experience in product work within an agile development environment
- Good communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments
- Good analytical skills and experience working with data
Experience from SaaS or product companies, especially B2B, is a plus.
To succeed in the role, we believe you:
- Take ownership: You feel responsible for the product developing in the right direction
- Are analytical: You weigh different perspectives and make thoughtful decisions
- Are structured: You create clarity where others see complexity
- Are communicative: You bring both technology and business along with you
- Are flexible: You can switch between strategic and operational work
- Are a team player: You build relationships and make collaboration work
Why Winassist Here you get a role where you can truly influence, both your own role, the product's development, and how we work moving forward. You will join a company in change, where much is already underway but where there is still plenty of room to set structure, shape working methods, and make a difference. There is also a team of competent and helpful colleagues, high job satisfaction, and a clear focus on delivery, where structure and simplicity go hand in hand with an entrepreneurial spirit.
The role is based in Häggvik, north of Stockholm, with the possibility of hybrid work. For more information on what it is like to work with us and our benefits, see winassist.se/career (https://winassist.se/karriar/).
We look forward to hearing from you! Applications are open until July 8th.
