About the role
As a Documentation Technician, you will work with documentation of facility and grid information within the power grid. The role involves close collaboration with other documentation technicians, as well as project clients, designers, maintenance engineers, grid technicians, and contractors. Here you will have the opportunity to develop within a technical and socially important operation, supported by experienced colleagues and continuous training.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will among other things:
- Work with maps in DP-Power, including new registrations, updates, corrections, and construction of power grids
- Produce quality-assured documentation according to processes and framework agreements
- Ensure that grid information is kept up-to-date and accurate
- Participate in the improvement and efficiency of work processes
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience with documentation within power grid facilities
- Has experience with grid information systems such as DP-Power or similar systems
- Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Is curious and eager to develop within the field
- Understands the importance of following routines and processes according to framework agreements
- Understands process and project flows
- Has good communication skills and thrives in collaborative environments
It is important that you can work from the office in Solna, as induction, training, and onboarding take place continuously on-site.
