As an ILS/IPS Manager, you work at the intersection of design, operational use, and business. Here, you will help build structures that ensure advanced systems function sustainably in real-world operations, while lifecycle support is developed into a long-term and value-creating area.

You will become part of an engaged ILS/IPS team and take on a central role in developing Integrated Logistics Support and system sustainment in a technically advanced environment. • You work closely with the client to ensure that solutions and requirement fulfillment are based on operational reality.
• You drive the creation of various ILS elements and the analyses that form the basis for sustainable lifecycle support.
• You ensure availability, maintainability, development opportunities, and long-term management in your projects.
• You train, guide, and set requirements for other functions to strengthen the product's sustainment over time.
• You collaborate with product development, project management, business development, aftermarket, and customers to develop the long-term business.
• You contribute to building structure, clarity, and working methods in a developing operation.

• Experience with ILS/IPS management, product support, or lifecycle management.
• A Master of Science in Engineering degree or equivalent relevant education.
• Very good ability to communicate professionally and fluently in Swedish and English.
• Ability to translate the understanding of the connection between design, operational use, and business into practice.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).

• Experience in commercial work and/or customer responsibility, preferably within the service market.
• Project management experience.
• Experience from defense, aviation, marine systems, or other advanced technical industries.
