Welcome to a team where every encounter matters. At the Pediatric Anesthesia and Surgery Department, we care for children and adolescents aged 0–16 undergoing surgery. Here, every patient is unique – from premature infants to teenagers. We are now looking for an engaged Operating Room Nurse who wants to contribute to creating safety and quality during critical moments.

Our Operations

We are a highly specialized pediatric department where teamwork, quality, and care are at the center. We perform procedures within urology, orthopedics, hand surgery, general surgery, and neonatal surgery.

Here, we work with a family-centered approach and place great emphasis on safety – for both the child and their relatives – throughout the entire care chain, from admission to discharge.

Your Role

As an Operating Room Nurse, you are a key person in the operating theater and part of the team standing by the children's side throughout the procedure. The work is varied and covers everything from complex surgeries to smaller planned interventions – always with the child's best interests and safety in focus.

You will work within several surgical areas in a department where the pace can vary. Our operating schedule is continuously adapted to acute needs. Here, you also have the opportunity to follow children over time, for example within oncological surgery.

Your Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with specialist education in perioperative nursing.
• Experience in pediatric care is meritorious but not a requirement.

We Offer

• Permanent full-time position.
• Daytime working hours (Monday–Friday) with on-call duty every 6th–8th weekend.
• From September: a working time model with 37 hours/week.
