About the Role

We are looking for you who want to contribute to Jokkmokk's continued development in your role as a personal assistant.

2 positions available.

Responsibilities

As a personal assistant, you work in the user's home providing care and support, as well as other tasks related to the household. You plan the day based on the user's needs, wishes, and daily condition. Most importantly, you are there to provide security and create a meaningful everyday life for the user.

The user is a woman living in central Jokkmokk. You should be prepared to work independently as there is no double staffing. Personal chemistry is important, and you must have good social skills to adapt to the user's lifestyle. Loyalty and social skills are highly valued. Working hours include days and evenings, weekend shifts, and occasionally nights.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of the Swedish language is required.
  • It is an advantage if you have a nursing assistant education or other education/experience deemed equivalent by the employer, as well as experience working with people with disabilities.
  • We are looking for someone who is stable, positive, and motivated to work for a good quality of life for the user.
  • Valid B-class driver's license required.

Employment Terms

  • Employment type: Permanent position.
  • Duration: Permanent.
  • Working hours: Scheduled. Days and evenings, weekend shifts, and occasionally nights.

Salary: The salary range for this position is between 25,000 - 30,000 SEK/month. We apply individual salary setting based on your experience and competence.
