We are now looking for a preschool teacher (100%) for the educational activities in Sorsele, currently based at the preschool Rävlyan in Ammarnäs.

Responsibilities:

Together with your colleague in the work team, you are responsible for the pedagogical activities based on the curriculum's mission. The work includes planning, implementation, documentation, follow-up, and evaluation of the activities according to decided goals and guidelines. The work is carried out in close cooperation with the school and the leisure center in Ammarnäs.

Your qualities:

Calm, receptive, flexible, and good teamwork skills. As a person, you are development-oriented and have good communication skills. You are responsible and always keep the child's perspective in focus. You thrive in an environment that places high demands on flexibility, initiative, and social competence. Being a creative employee who can offer children good learning environments and provide good treatment is seen as a matter of course. You are receptive, clear, accommodating, and create good relationships with children, colleagues, and guardians. You contribute ideas and new ways of thinking to drive the activities forward.

Competence/qualifications - requirements:

Licensed preschool teacher. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities. Knowledge of Sami is an advantage.

Duration/working hours:

Employment degree 100% permanent. Ongoing recruitment, probationary employment may be applied.

Start date 2026-09-01 or according to agreement.

Salary:

According to agreement. The municipality applies individual salary setting.
