You step into a key role where you drive the industrialization of aircraft structures in a technologically advanced environment with high demands on quality, traceability, and execution capability. You hold the work together from planning and resource analysis to follow-up and Industrialization Readiness Reviews, while collaborating closely with product development, production, and other support functions. • You lead and coordinate activities within the industrialization process for aircraft structures.
• You specify, plan, follow up, and report on the industrialization work, including the preparation of workshop facilities.
• You analyze and clarify resource requirements during execution.
• You plan and conduct Industrialization Readiness Reviews (IRR).
• You collaborate closely with product development, production, and other internal functions as well as external partners.
• You ensure that modern production and Lean principles are integrated into the design and industrialization phases.
• You drive the work forward in a structured manner and contribute to clear communication between relevant stakeholders.

• 8+ years of experience in the relevant field.
• Extensive experience in project management and industrialization.
• Very good knowledge of manufacturing methods for aircraft structures.
• Good understanding of Lean principles and the ability to translate them into practical and effective working methods.
• Technical university degree or equivalent competence.
• Very good proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not accepted).
