Sydnärke IT Administration is a merger of the IT departments in Lekeberg, Askersund, Hallsberg, and Laxå municipalities. The administration is part of a joint board and 19 administrations, 8 municipal companies in 4 municipalities, where the IT administration delivers support, operations, and development in all activities. We are an important part of a change journey in an exciting everyday life where the digitalization of the municipalities' processes will become an important part where the IT administration provides prerequisites and creates opportunities. Sydnärke IT Administration currently consists of 21 employees.

Job Responsibilities

We offer a broad and varied IT role for you who want to combine technology, problem-solving, and development. Here you will work close to the business and meet many different types of challenges – from technical troubleshooting and user support to improvement work, business dialogue, and development of modern IT solutions.

In this position, you will become an important part of the work with our IT workplace and user-centric services, such as Microsoft 365, clients, MDM solutions, printers, as well as account and permission management.

You will become part of a team that actively develops and improves our technical solutions, with a special focus on Microsoft platforms and the modern digital workplace. The role combines operational work in everyday life with the opportunity to contribute to long-term improvements, more efficient working methods, and the introduction of new technology where it creates the greatest benefit.

In the role, you will among other things:

• work in our case management system to troubleshoot, analyze, resolve, and follow up on incoming cases
• identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of processes, working methods, and services
• work closely with the business to understand needs and translate them into practical and sustainable solutions
• build relationships and create trust through a service-oriented, professional, and solution-oriented approach
• participate in the development of modern IT solutions, primarily within Microsoft platforms and user-centric services

Qualifications

Requirements

• education in IT or technology, for example from university college, university, or other experience or education that the employer considers equivalent
• documented experience working with client management, Intune/SCCM
• documented experience working in M365, e.g., Exchange, Teams, etc.
• good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• B-driver's license

Meritorious

• experience working according to ITIL in an operations organization
• experience working in an organization based on PM3
• knowledge in user-centric services, e.g., account management, file server, mobile devices, and printers, etc.
