About the Role

As Sales Support, you are a crucial link between our customers, our sales organization, and our German parent company. Your main responsibilities include:

• Quoting
• Order Processing
• Delivery Monitoring
• Customer and Sales Support
• Other Administrative Tasks

The role involves daily contact with both customers and colleagues, which requires good communication skills and a professional approach.

Qualifications

• Good computer skills are a requirement
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in customer service, administration, or sales is an advantage
• Experience from the industry or knowledge of cutting tools is an advantage
• Knowledge of German is a plus
