ABOUT THE ROLE

Sysarb is in its strongest growth phase to date, driven by the EU’s Pay Transparency Directive and a growing need among 600+ customers in 60+ countries. Their platform is used annually by over 30,000 users to make decisions regarding transparent and equitable salaries.

They are now looking for a frontend developer who can not only code in Vue and TypeScript but has moved away from the old way of working, building with agents, Claude Code, and AI-augmented workflows as a natural part of their toolkit.

You will join a tech team of 16 people: 5 frontend developers, 5 backend/full-stack, 1 backend, 2 QA, 2 DevOps, and 1 data scientist. They roll out new functionality in continuous versions and actively experiment with agent structures in the product. You will become one of four frontend developers, but you will also be one of those driving how the team utilizes agentic coding to deliver faster without compromising on quality.

Main Responsibilities:

• Daily hands-on coding in Vue and TypeScript – building and releasing new functionality in continuous versions
• Work closely with design and product to iterate on the design system and ensure a scalable user experience
• Contribute to shaping Sysarb’s AI strategy – how can the platform become smarter and more agent-driven?
• Integrate AI-driven insights and visualizations into the user interface
• Actively participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions in an engaged team

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Have a clear coding background in frontend (Vue, React, TypeScript) and can demonstrate that you understand the craft deeply — component architecture, state management, performance, accessibility
• Have actively shifted towards agentic coding and use Claude Code, Cursor, or similar as your primary development environment — not as a complement but as a way of working
• Have a genuine eye for UI and UX. You enjoy it when an interaction feels right, and you get frustrated when it doesn’t
• Are accustomed to iterative, agile delivery at a high pace — you prefer to ship, measure, and iterate rather than over-specify

Preferred Qualifications:

• Built your own tools or agents to accelerate your own work
• Experience with component-level design systems
• Worked with complex B2B SaaS products

We are not looking for someone who is “senior” on paper. We value mindset over years. What we are looking for is someone who thinks from first principles — who does not choose tools or solutions because they are comfortable and familiar, but based on which problem actually needs to be solved. This type of thinking saves the team years of development in the long run.
